Kuwait Mobile ID is a secure mobile-based Digital ID derived from the Civil ID. It is capable of identity verification, COVID-19 vaccination certificate, authentication to online e-services, and applying trusted digital signature to documents and transaction. In addition, it provides Government credentials wallet framework to the citizens and residents of Kuwait. This wallet will include the following features :
- Included credentials (Driving License, Birth Certificate).
- Multiple view support (List View, Card View).
- Credential verification through QR Code.
- Credential sharing.
- Extensible to add more credentials in the future.

Install Kuwait Mobile ID from the App Store in case of iOS or from the Play Store in case of Android or from AppGallery for Huawei devices that don’t support the Play Store

Various service providers (SPs) including government agencies, oil sector companies, banks, private companies, and others will integrate their e-services with the Mobile ID service to provide more safe and secure e-Service.

  Note: only ID verification and medium level authentication will be available through this enrollment channel. Signing services and strong level authentication (Verification Level: Qualified) will not be supported in this option, it will be available only through our other channels i.e. (Self-service kiosk and enrollment at PACI service centers).

  - Kuwait Finance House (KFH): 3 Branches (KFH Automotive-Shuweikh Branch, Ishbliya Branch, Alsalam Branch).
  - Boubyan Bank: 5 Branches (Al-Qasr Branch, Sabah Elsalem Branch, Al-Andalus Branch, Al-Sideeq Branch, Al-Ahmadi Branch).
  - Kuwait International Bank (KIB): 1 Branch (KIB Head Office).
  - Burgan Bank: 3 Branches (Head Office, Al-Adiliya Branch, Marina Mall Branch).
  - Al Rajhi Bank: Head Office (2 Kiosks).
  - Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK): 5 Branches (Head Office, Jabriya Branch, Fahaheel Branch, Al Adan Branch, Al Sabah Hospital Branch)
  - PACI HQ: South Sura19 Kiosks.

You have to update the app to the latest version v1.9 from the Appstore, Playstore or Huawei AppGallery (for Huawei devices that don’t support the Playstore), then you will see your COVID-19 vaccine status in the app.

You can see the details of your vaccine status by clicking on the “COVID-19 Vaccine Status” (in the main screen in the app), a pop-up window will open showing the details of your vaccine (including the third booster dose).
You can refresh the vaccine status data by clicking on the refresh button at the bottom Left of the pop-up window.

You have to check with the Ministry of Health to update your vaccine status.
